On June 14 and 15, 2025, Uzès will be in the spotlight at the 6th Meeting of Grimaldi Historic Sites in Monaco., alongside seven other French and Italian municipalities. An event promoting the historical links between the Principality and its ancient lands.

The city of Uzès shares a history with the Grimaldi dynasty since the 17th century, notably through the union of Jean Charles de Crussol and Anne Hyppolyte Grimaldi in 1696.

Alongside the municipality and the Tourist Office, several local stakeholders will represent the richness of Uzes' heritage:

This event will provide an exceptional showcase for the crafts, gastronomy and traditions of Uzès, strengthening the links between the historical sites linked to the Grimaldi family.

An exceptional event

The 6th Meeting of the Grimaldi Historic Sites of Monaco showcases eight French and Italian* towns, all linked by their history to the prestigious Grimaldi dynasty. For two days, Monaco's Palace Square will be transformed into a veritable cultural village, rich in discoveries and warm encounters.

In the programme :

  • Meetings with passionate artisans who come to share their traditional know-how
  • Gourmet tastings, French and Italian local products, gastronomic specialties
  • Historical and folkloric entertainment, live shows, music, dance and period costumes
