From October 11 to 13, 2024, Claire Merryl, olfactory designer, offers you a workshop/conference focused on smell and taste.
Through the latest research in neuroscience, you will gain a better understanding of these two closely linked senses, because without smell, there is no subtle and refined taste!
Claire will make you discover the emblematic raw materials of gastronomy which will sometimes surprise you with their raw smell. She will explain to you how in perfumery these smells take on a completely different meaning and how perfumers, thanks to their art and mastery of these raw materials, allow you to travel in a field where imagination knows no limits.
