In August, go to the Esplanade, a shaded area in the heart of the town of Uzès, to find the traditional Uzès Wine Fair, organized by the Agricultural Promotion Committee for almost 50 years.
For 3 days, meet the winegrowers of the region, and discover with their expertise the many appellations of the region including the Protected designations of origin (PDO) Duchy of Uzès, Châteauneuf du Pape, Tavel, Lirac, Côtes du Rhône, Côteaux du Languedoc, Costières de Nîmes, and the Protected geographical indications (PGI) Pays d’Oc, Cévennes or Côteau du Pont du Gard and many others…
