A meeting between culture and gastronomy in Uzès
Le Flavors & Knowledge Festival is a unique festival mixing culture and gastronomy, imagined by François-Régis Gaudry and Association of Friends of the Place aux Herbes Bookstore.
It is covered on foot and occupies different places ofUzès, City of Art and History : the Ombrière performance hall, the media library, the college, the cinema, partner restaurateurs and, of course, the Place aux Herbes and its famous bookstore!
Through dozens of meetings, signings, previews, tasting workshops, dinners... We imagined this first edition as vibrant proof that in Uzès, perhaps more than elsewhere, earthly foods and spiritual foods are now inseparable
