Our winegrowers offer a choice of more than 30 vintages labeled High Environmental Value and Organic Agriculture. Come and discover in this cellar dedicated to reception and tasting, our AOP Duché d'Uzès, IGP Coteaux Pont du Gard, Cévennes and OC wines.
The sommelier and her team will passionately introduce you to the wines from the cellar, in the unique atmosphere of an old winemaking vat.
The winegrowers offer you around thirty wines, of recognized quality and regularly awarded the highest distinctions: in white, rosé or red. Varietal or blended wines, still or sparkling (traditional method) or even semi-dry and sweet.
The plains and hillsides bathed in the Mediterranean sun recharge their batteries near the Cévennes foothills and give the Collines du Bourdic wines their specificity: aromatic richness and beautiful freshness. Our terroir is distinguished by an exceptional microclimate.
Other elements contribute to the production of quality wines: careful plot selection, rigorous specifications, harvests carried out at optimal maturity and an efficient winemaking tool which allows us to magnify the work of our winegrowers.
Wine tourism is another strong point. Our winegrowers offer tastings, events: Les Collinades (August), Alliances Gourmandes (January and July), Primeur Festival (October), in Bourdic or St Maximin, a discovery trail as well as cellar visits departing from the second cellar of sale, in Bourdic.
