Soirée vigneronne – Week-end Truffe

Once again, the Winemaker's Evening kicks off the famous Uzès Truffle Weekend. The Duchy of Uzès Appellation invites you to a moment of sharing and conviviality during a "Food and Wine" evening.

For this unique occasion, 20 winegrowers from the appellation will let you taste their best vintages in perfect harmony with a selection of truffled dishes: poultry rolls stuffed with truffles, truffled scrambled eggs, puff pastry with truffled goat's cheese mousse... Gourmet and refined pairings that will delight your taste buds.

Don't miss this great opportunity to meet the passionate winemakers of the Duchy of Uzès in a warm and festive atmosphere. Surf and turf buffet, truffle bites, exceptional wines: everything is there for a memorable evening.
