For the most gourmet among you, there is the Nuit de la Truffe, a gala night where the starred chefs of the Gard put all their know-how at the service of the black truffle by associating it with the excellent product of the Gard region.
A gourmet meal entirely composed of black truffle, from starter to coffee, prepared by starred Chefs from Gard and the surrounding area.
