Come and enjoy a unique experience around the black truffle of Périgord. Immerse yourself in the heart of the truffle tradition and dive into a unique sensory journey!
> On the program:
– Welcome coffee to start the day gently. Explanation of the biological cycle of the truffle
– Digging with our dogs: Dig for truffles in real conditions. Guided by Yoan Saunier, set off for 1 hour to discover the truffles hidden in the estate, helped by our three adorable truffle dogs. No experience necessary, just a desire to enjoy nature while tracking the precious black diamond.
– Cleaning and sharpening truffles: Learn the traditional techniques of brushing and sharpening freshly harvested truffles.
– Weighing: Admire your harvest of the day.
– Truffle menu: Nathalie, our chef, will prepare a delicious meal where truffles will be in the spotlight. Each dish is prepared before your eyes, with ingredients mainly from our estate. The menus vary every day depending on the chef's inspiration and the harvest of the moment. It's impossible to find anything fresher, more local and more organic!
– Food and wine pairings: To enhance this taste journey, enjoy a selection of wines harmoniously paired with your menu.
