1km de Danse / Fête de la Danse
Saturday June 07 at 14:00 a.m.
Centre-ville 30700 Uzès
Enjoy an afternoon of dancing! On the program: 3 stages in the city center with shows of all types of dance all afternoon. The event will begin with a group warm-up and end with a ball!
In the programme :
14 p.m.: warm-up open to all by Ambra Senatore, director of the National Dance Choreographic Center of Nantes (who will give a show the next day at the Ombrière)
14:30 p.m. – 18:30 p.m.: Find dance offerings of all styles on the 3 stages (in the heart of the city).
Different suggestions every 30 minutes.
18:30 p.m.: Everyone gathers to dance together around a collective ball/parade
The scenes will be located:
– Chestnut Tree Square
-Duchy Park
– Heart of the city (information to come)
** Find several amateur and professional dancers on stage, as well as numerous associations and conservatories from Uzès and Gard.

As well as a college student residency project and another project by a group of teenage dancers who will offer you a collective creation (first time in show)
** Practical information
This event is offered as part of the national event “1Km de Danse” as well as the Uzès Danse Festival.
10 cities are participating in the 2025Km of Dance event in 1, including Uzès.
