The Estate offers an award-winning selection of organic wines, whether red, white or rosé, as well as organic virgin olive oils, made from single varieties, which are distinguished by their richness and complexity, appreciated by great Michelin-starred chefs.

The Domaine de Panéry also houses a hotel with around twenty rooms, decorated with contemporary works of art by artists such as Claude Viala, Bernar Venet, Frank Stella, Lionel Sabatté, and others. In collaboration with Ceysson & Bénetière, the Domaine Gallery regularly hosts exhibitions.

The restaurant, led by chef Benjamin Delille, showcases the freshness and evolution of contemporary gastronomy, emphasizing proximity to producers and the seasonality of ingredients. It's a true culinary experience that reflects the flavors of the Gard region, in harmony with the estate's olive oils and wines.

Domaine de Panéry also invites you to explore the world of wine through a unique wine tourism experience. You'll also have the opportunity to visit our winery during a guided tour, and for enthusiasts, an introduction to wine tasting will allow you to refine your senses and appreciate every subtlety of our wines.
