“Le Gard, Campaigner of Taste”, an approach born in 2002, aims to promote the gastronomic heritage of Gard through recognition and promotion of local products of excellence as well as the know-how of artisans and restorers.
This approach highlights all agricultural products under official quality labels (AOC, AOP, IGP, Label rouge, etc.) or typical products from Gard, but also recipes from artisans and restaurateurs, thus offering consumers the opportunity to discover and buy the best of Gard gastronomy!
