Terms of Sale
- The expiry date for gift boxes is 18 months after purchase.
- The photos and information in this box are non-contractual.
- Reservation with the chosen partner is mandatory and it is advisable to book as early as possible.
- When making your reservation, you must mention that you are the holder of a Box and specify the number of this box for verification (number written on the back of the gift voucher or e-ticket).
- All services offered in the Up Box will be bookable depending on partner availability. The Destination pays d'Uzès Pont du Gard tourist office cannot be held responsible in the event of unavailability on the chosen date.
- In the event of loss or destruction of the Up Box card, the Destination Pays d'Uzès Pont du Gard tourist office will not be able to reimburse the buyer or beneficiary under any circumstances.
- Certain activities are only accessible under certain physical, meteorological or other conditions. It is advisable to check with the partner when booking. The partners reserve the right to refuse the service requested or to postpone the reservation if the required conditions are not met.
- The reservation and cancellation conditions are those of the chosen partner. No cancellation or postponement of reservation will be accepted without the direct agreement of the partner.
